Day 30-32: Concerts and Nervi...

...so after the cementary i went with Alessandro and Chiara to see his brother play at a local restaurant. His brother is wayyyy cute, and despite the crumbyness of my camera's sound, he sounded just like maroon 5 and the beatles songs that he sung, or maybe it was the beer that made it sound better, but anywho... he is the one of the left...

:)

and then monday was a stressful day at the lab, because i and "M" were removed from our lab mid-experiment because they want to use the EMG machine on patients for the next two days...

so i took this as an opportunity to take a holiday to Nervi, which i did today... it was wonderful i went along the Passigiata which is famous in Nervi, and took a lot of pictures...
this trip was much needed and i was very happy to be there :) this picture reminds of the MGMT-Electric Feel music video, that is why i like it :)
Now back to work, i have to present all my data on Friday on Powerpoint with charts and what not, boooo!!!
but at least i will have my memories to keep me content at night....

ciao.

Day 28-29: I went to Staglieno Cementary...alone...

...and no i am not shrooms, or some other hallucinating agent. yes i purposefully went to the cementary and walked along the unbeated path...this is actually a tourist area where people acutally walk or drive around the cementary to view the ornate sculptures and i guess pay their respects...i clearly just needed something to do with myself...

they had some nice buildings, and me with my curiousity went inside them...
but i found it quite ironic that in a place where so many are dead that people actually put fake flowers and fake lights i guess since they are dead no body would know the difference right....

what i found was not as nice, as a matter of fact it was a little more creepy but since i don't believe in ghosts i went about my business and enjoyed the beauty of it all....

i climbed this ladder that people use to light the tombs of their lost ones...

and i went by myself, it was really creepy as you can indeed tell...i wonder who took this errie picture!!!
then i was mesmerized by this castle that was actually one tomb i guess for someone pretty important but yeah really nice.
but i think that the calmness of it all was relaxing and i acutally did some tai-chi in a clearing that i found in the west wing of the cementary...

alright, a solemn
ciao.
